Wuhu East Lake Park, located east of Wanzhi Town, Wuhu County, is a comprehensive urban park integrating sightseeing, leisure, and fitness. The park has its own unique layout, with weeping willows on both sides and beautiful mountains and clear waters.
East Lake encompasses 70 hectares of land and 80 hectares of water. The park's landscape is designed to reflect its natural beauty. An observation tower will be built on the northeastern mountaintop, while high- and mid-range residential areas will be located at the foot of the mountain. An island will be constructed in the lake, along with a zoo, a fish viewing garden, a botanical garden, a bonsai garden, a lotus pond, a children's play center, and pavilions, towers, terraces, bridges, and water corridors connecting the park's water system.
The best time to travel to Wuhu is autumn. Not only is the weather clear and cool, but it is also the season when chrysanthemums are in full bloom. Chrysanthemums, competing for beauty, bloom in the streets and alleys of Wuhu, adding more colors to the green mountains and clear waters of Wuhu.
