Introducing Great Wall Dream World Studios

The film and television city, located in Meibu Village, Yaopu Town, on the western outskirts of Chuzhou, officially opened on April 11, 2014. Invested 2 billion yuan by Zhejiang Great Wall Film and Television Culture Group, it aims to create a film and television base integrating cultural creativity, online games and animation, and leisure tourism. The project consists of two phases, both located along the Shuangqiao Reservoir.

The first phase of the project, themed "Millennium of China," has been largely completed. The park's main feature is the approximately 2,600-meter-long "Millennium Avenue of China," which embodies the essence of 5,000 years of Chinese civilization. Representative buildings from this 5,000-year civilization line the avenue, including the historic Qianqing Palace, Daming Palace, Afang Palace, and Weiyang Palace.

The second phase of the project is themed "World Cultural Heritage." The park features some of the most stunning architectural masterpieces from ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad, including an ethnic village, the Sphinx, and the Parthenon on the Acropolis in Athens. Construction is currently ongoing.

So far, the TV series "I Have a Dream", "The Legend of Da Yuer", "The World's Number One Sword", and "The Legend of the Beggar Emperor and the Big-foot Queen" have been successfully filmed and completed here. It is a film and television base with complete shooting functions.
