Introducing Foxtail Mountain Park

Foxtail Mountain Park, located in downtown Xiamen, comprises nine peaks: Dapu Mountain, Elephant Trunk Hill, Guanren Mountain, Phoenix Mountain, Fengchewei Mountain, Wukeng Mountain, Fuding Mountain, Guanyin Mountain, and Qixing Mountain. Lined with lush greenery and offering beautiful scenery, it serves as a natural oxygen bar and a great place for weekend relaxation. The Xiamen Meteorological Bureau is also located within the park.

Climbing Foxtail Mountain takes about 1 to 2 hours. The mountain road is gentle and the amount of exercise is small. The sea is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people to walk and exercise.

Nantai Chengguang Scenic Area

It faces Gulangyu Island and Wanshishan Scenic Area in the south, and is adjacent to the Sea Pearl Observation Tower, Youth Astronomical and Meteorological Museum, and Planetarium in the west. The scenic area has a viewing platform from which you can have a bird's eye view of the bustling city, especially the scenery of Yundang Lake. The night view is even more gorgeous and charming.

Xifeng Seaview Scenic Area

You can climb up to have a panoramic view and have a panoramic view of the West Sea. The woodlands adopted by the enterprise are also located here. Along the forest paths, animal stone sculptures of various shapes are placed according to the scenery. There are amiable elephant mother and child, lively sika deer, adorable pandas and other stone sculptures, which are lifelike, vivid and interesting.

Yougu Hanfang Scenic Area

The terrain is steep, with lush forests and plenty of sunlight. The central valley is deep and secluded. At a glance, it is all green. The mountain breeze blows gently in your face, refreshing your lungs, as if you are in a paradise. There are trails in the woods for forest bathing, sunbathing and other activities.

Cuiping Qiyue

Located in the northern part of the park, overlooking the Dongdu Port area to the west and the Haicang Bridge to the north, and across the Lujiang River to Haicang, one can see the world around them. This scenic area comprises orchards, recreational facilities, and outdoor activity areas. Surrounded by the fragrance of flowers and fruits, one can experience the joy of labor.
