Xiamen Nanhu Park, located on the shores of Yundang Lake in Xiamen's new urban area, features four scenic spots: "Yuandang Fishing Fires," "Sitting on a Rock by the Stream," "Yuandang Spring Dawn," and "Lotus Fragrance on the Winding Water." "Yuandang Fishing Fires" was once one of Xiamen's eight scenic spots. Once upon a time, the thousands of fishing fires in the harbor, like stars in the sky, flickering and flickering, created the spectacular scene.

In 1971, the west dike of Yundang Harbor was completed, and most of the sea became an urban area. High-rise buildings now stand, leaving behind a water surface that has been renamed Yundang Lake. At night, the lights of thousands of homes illuminate the lake, creating a new scene.
