The Xiamen Gulong Sauce Culture Park, funded by Xiamen Gulong Food Co., Ltd., opened to the public in early 2013. Its nearly 60,000 traditional soy sauce vats, totaling nearly 50,000 square meters, have been entered into the Shanghai World Guinness Book of Records. Gulong also adheres to traditional soy sauce production techniques, including for canning. Gulong's application for the Xiamen soy sauce brewing method has also been inscribed on the Fujian Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage List.

To preserve traditional craftsmanship, recreate history, and promote Chinese soy sauce culture, Xiamen Gulong Food Co., Ltd. established the Gulong Soy Sauce Culture Park in 2013, building on its existing nearly 50,000-square-meter soy sauce drying yard. This park showcases the millennia-old tradition of soy sauce making, preserved by generations of Gulong residents. It serves as a cultural center showcasing the history of soy sauce making in Xiamen and even southwestern Fujian. It is a new driving force behind the development of the soy sauce industry and a showcase for this culture to the world. Gulong's traditional soy sauce brewing process inherits the traditional "sauce garden" method of "sun exposure and night dew" and microbial fermentation, which dates back to the Tang Dynasty. The park meticulously cultivates soy sauce koji for production using traditional fermentation methods. Gulong's traditional soy sauce brewing and soy sauce culture epitomizes the millennia-old history of Chinese soy sauce culture. The park, with a total area of ​​44,000 square meters and 55,559 traditional soy sauce vats, holds a Guinness World Record.
