Located in Hui'an County, one of China's top 100 economically powerful counties, the "China Sculpture City" is located in Hui'an County, a renowned overseas Chinese hometown in Fujian Province. It lies centrally on the Fuzhou-Xiamen section of National Highway 324, nine kilometers from the Huangtang Interchange of the Fuzhou-Xiamen Expressway. It is one of the few large-scale enterprises in my country integrating the development, production, exhibition, trade, and tourism of sculpture artworks.

The Sculpture Art City covers an area of ​​108 mu (approximately 1.5 acres) and has a total investment of RMB 98 million. The first phase of the project covers 52 mu (approximately 1.5 acres) and has a construction area of ​​27,931 square meters. It features a large-scale stone carving processing area and a product exhibition hall. The stone carving processing area is divided into shadow carving production and processing areas, small handicraft processing areas, and large stone carving processing areas. A multifunctional commercial center is also located along the Fuzhou-Xiamen Highway.

The Sculpture Art City was completed and opened to the public in December 1999 and is now fully managed by Hui'an County China Sculpture Art City Development Co., Ltd. It regularly organizes stone carving companies from across the country to develop, produce, exchange information and technologies, display, and place orders for eight product categories: steles, building materials and components, craft sculptures, garden sculptures, stone machinery and abrasives, new stone species, environmentally friendly stone treatment technologies and equipment, wood carvings, resin crafts, and tourist crafts.
