Xiao Songcheng, located in the western section of Daliang Road, Kaifeng City, Henan Province , was transformed from the former " Tokyo Art Center " . It has more than 100 shops and stalls of various sizes , bringing together hundreds of Kaifeng traditional snacks that have been passed down for thousands of years, showcasing Kaifeng's food culture.
