Xuzhou Baiguoyuan is located at the intersection of Sanhuan South Road, National Highway 104, and Yujing Road. It borders the large-scale integrated community Sushang Yujingwan to the south, the Xuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center to the east, and is adjacent to the Huaihai Food City. Baiguoyuan covers a total area of nearly 350 mu.
Xuzhou has a temperate monsoon climate with distinct four seasons, no scorching heat in summer and no severe cold in winter, and an annual temperature of 14℃.
