The park is based on the tomb of the great Tang Dynasty poet Liu Yuxi and is themed on Liu Yuxi's poetry culture. It is an open park that fully integrates garden landscape art.
Yuxi Park houses a statue and tombstone of Liu Yuxi, as well as a memorial hall , three humble houses, 13 archways , and five pavilions , recreating the scene described in "Praise of the Humble House".
