The Erqi Memorial Tower, located on what is now Erqi Square, was built to commemorate the heroes of the 1923 Erqi General Strike. The towers are twin parallel towers, 63 meters tall and 14 stories high, with a three-story base and an 11-story tower. They are constructed of reinforced concrete. Inside, a spiral staircase on one side and an exhibition hall on the other provide access to the summit, offering panoramic views of the city.
