The Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall is located on the eastern section of Hongchang Avenue in Fugou County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. Comrade Jiang Zemin inscribed the name of the hall in memory of Ji Hongchang, a great national hero in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. The main entrance faces east, and directly above the imposing, antique-style gatehouse is the hall's name, " General Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall ," personally inscribed by Comrade Jiang Zemin in 1995 .
The memorial hall consists of the main building, a memorial plaza, a national defense education park, and a leisure park. The main building features four main exhibition halls, a multi-purpose hall, an anti-corruption education hall, and a diorama gallery. The exhibits vividly recreate General Ji Hongchang's heroic deeds. The anti-corruption culture plaza in front of the memorial hall serves as an anti-corruption education base for Party members and cadres.
On the westernmost side is the Fugu County Martyrs' Deeds Exhibition Hall. A total of 386 people with lofty ideals in the county sacrificed their lives for the country . The heroic deeds of 22 martyrs and 108 real objects are on display.
