Introducing Qingshan

Qingshan, located at the foot of Qingshan Mountain on the eastern slope of Mount Lu, on the shores of Poyang Lake, is a scenic spot in Ruichang, Jiujiang City . It faces the Yangtze River to the north and is adjacent to Mount Lu to the east. The area is home to the remnants of the Mufu Mountain Range. Its highest peak, Yufengjian, reaches an elevation of 921.3 meters, while the rest of the terrain is primarily low mountains. Qingshan is considered the sister mountain of Mount Lu and is also known as the " Roof of Ruichang . "

Qingshan evolved from " Qinshan . " Legend has it that after Emperor Qin Shihuang conquered the six kingdoms, he ascended this mountain during his southern tour and named it " Qinshan " after his surname . Su Shi, while visiting Qingshan, wrote in praise, " Wu and Chu intersect at the summit, winding paths lead through. Half the mountain is covered in scenery, and every water hides a dragon . "
