Jinlong Bridge, also known as Zilijiang Bridge or Zili Bridge, is known as the "First Bridge on the Jinsha River." It is located on the Jinsha River between Yongsheng County and the Old Town District of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. It connects Yongsheng to the east and Heli to the west, and is over 150 li east of Yongsheng City and about 80 li west of Lijiang City. Built in the first month of the sixth year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1880), with funds donated by Admiral Jiang Zonghan, it boasts a history of over 100 years and is the oldest existing bridge on the Yangtze River. It was once known as "the only bridge across the vast Yangtze River." In 2006, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection site in the sixth batch.

The bridge's main structure consists of 16 large iron chains suspended from both banks. Fourteen of these are load-bearing bottom chains, topped with two layers of horizontal and vertical wooden planks. The remaining two chains serve as side rails. Each chain is linked by approximately 500 iron rings. The bridge is 116 meters long, with a clear span of 90 meters and a deck width of 3 meters. The 16 iron cables are anchored to the rock faces on both sides. With a history of over 120 years, it is one of Lijiang's most important historical sites. According to the "Newly Compiled Lijiang Scenery Records," Jinlong Bridge is my country's widest iron chain bridge with the most chains. It is also the oldest existing iron chain bridge across the Jinsha River. Located at a key point on the "Ancient Tea-Horse Road," it holds immense historical significance.
