Located in Zhongshi Village, Yongning Township, the Yongning Tusi Yamen, also known as the Yongning Tusi Yamen, is a building embodying the Naxi ethnic style. It consists of two courtyards, the inner and outer courtyards. The outer courtyards, flanked by guardhouses, housed a meeting hall, reception rooms, offices, an interrogation room, and sleeping quarters for the standing guard. The inner courtyard, with its four-sided, interconnected galleries, served as rest rooms and bedrooms for the Tusi officials. Two century-old locust trees stand to the left and right of the main gate. Aside from the four-sided galleries, only ruins of the other buildings remain. Despite a century of weathering, the two ancient locust trees remain tall and majestic.

The Yongning Tuzhifu Yamen was originally built on the Kaiji Bridge, also known as "Kaiji Waa" by the Mosuo people. It was the seat of the first, second, and third generations of Tusi ancestors, Ahengfang, who served as Yongning Tuzhifu until the fifth year of the Guangxu reign. The magnificent building burned down during a war, leaving only the ruins and a century-old ginkgo tree. It was later rebuilt in Zhongshi Village.
