
Chaoran Tower, the most prestigious building in Jiangbei, is located on the banks of Daming Lake in Jinan's No. 1 Spring Scenic Area. Built during the Yuan Dynasty, it is a centuries-old building, situated on a spacious white marble foundation.
The Chaoran Building has a construction area of 5,673 square meters, a copper-tiled roof, a height of 51.7 meters, and seven floors. It is very magnificent and is known as the "No. 1 Building in Jiangbei."
"Chaoran Zhiyuan" is one of the eight scenic spots in the Daming Lake expansion area. From here, you can see the Thousand Buddha Mountain, Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Furong Street, Wulongtan, Daming Lake in the vicinity, and Huashan in the distance. Other nearby attractions include the memorial archway, Xia Garden, Jiaxuan Temple, etc., which bring together the old city and all the scenic spots. The Chaoran Building, which has been restored and rebuilt this time, is a reinforced concrete imitation wood structure pavilion-style building with a construction area of 5,673 square meters.
