Introducing Lijiang Qinglong Bridge

Qinglong Bridge is located in the Old Town of Lijiang. It was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. To its west is Jubao Mountain, and the central axis of Qinglong Bridge faces Jubao Mountain. It was designed by the Mu chieftain and is also a landmark building during the heyday of the Mu chieftain.

At 25 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and 4 meters high, it's built entirely of stone and is considered the largest of Lijiang's ancient stone bridges, highlighting Shuhe's significant role in the city's economic and cultural history. The Qinglong Bridge's deck has been weathered by centuries of wind and rain, leaving it mottled. In spring, the willows lining the bridge sprout new buds, shimmering like mist and gauze, as if green waves are about to surge onto the surface. This is another of Shuhe's eight scenic spots: "Smoke Willows and Flat Bridge."
