Hongsi Lake Scenic Area is a 3A-level ecotourism attraction located in Huangguan Town, Nanzheng District, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Covering approximately 35 square kilometers, with a forest coverage rate of 88.2%, the scenic area boasts vast waters, rolling hills, a healthy ecology, fresh air, and a tranquil environment, making it a rare natural oxygen bar. The area is home to over 20 species of wild birds, including mandarin ducks, egrets, golden pheasants, and wild ducks, as well as over 20 plant species, including pine, fir, cycad, bamboo, and tea trees. The area also boasts over 30 scenic spots, including Peach Blossom Island, Bamboo Forest Ecological Park, Gushan Villa, Swan Lake, Diaoyu Island, a natural bathing beach, a folk village, the Red Temple, and Qier Village.

It also has the most beautiful rapeseed flower sea in China. In 2011, the rapeseed flower-themed movie "The Season of Rapeseed Flowers" was filmed in Hongsi Lake Scenic Area.
