Guluba Catholic Church, located in Guluba Village, Dongjiaying Township, 12 kilometers south of Chenggu County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, is a provincially protected key cultural relic. Construction began in 1888 and was one of the largest Catholic churches in the five northwestern provinces at the time. Designed by a Dutch architect and constructed by outstanding Chinese craftsmen, the complex boasts a unique design, ingenious conception, and exquisite craftsmanship, seamlessly integrating Chinese and Western architectural techniques. The church currently houses the bishop's residence and convent. During the Anti-Japanese War, Northwest United University taught at the church, educating many talented individuals for the nation.
