Located in front of the 108-meter-high Haishang Guanyin Square on Nanshan Mountain, the Mifa Guihua Hall covers over 7,000 square meters and is China's first cultural platform showcasing the architecture, mandalas, ritual instruments, and rituals of Shingon Buddhism, one of the ten schools of Buddhism. Its main building, a Japanese-style Tang-style building, occupies over 600 square meters.
In addition to an exhibition hall that blends the characteristics of Tangmi and Dongmi, the Mifa Guihua Hall also houses a 2.8-meter-tall bronze statue of Japanese monk Kukai in front of the hall. It also has a memorial square for Huiguo, the last patriarch of Tangmi, and a large stone sculpture of the Buddha and Bodhisattva based on the Dongmi Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
