Protected by this vast forest, a diverse array of plants and animals thrives, including over 70 species of fragrant and elegant orchids, along with large creepers and epiphytes that cling to their stems, blossoming and bearing fruit, often forming a vibrant "hanging garden" of blossoms and foliage.
