Located on Fenghuang Road in Sanya, the Sanya Municipal Library is a comprehensive municipal-level public library, a national second-level library, and a national reading demonstration base. The library boasts a building area of 10,400 square meters and houses over 600,000 print books and periodicals, nearly 10,000 electronic journals, 185,000 e-books, and 40,810 audio-visual materials. A professional team has visited sites of intangible cultural heritage sites to film a video showcasing the national intangible cultural heritage "Tianya Earthenware Craftsmanship." They have also collected and organized images and materials on the national intangible cultural heritage "Yazhou Folk Songs" and the Hainan Provincial intangible cultural heritage "Sanya Hui Traditional Wedding," salvaging and preserving a number of unique local cultural resources.
