The Haihe Riverside Architecture Preservation Exhibition Hall is located on Guangfu Road in Hebei District. Focusing on the unique architectural features along the Haihe River, the exhibition showcases the evolution of Tianjin's "small Western-style buildings" through history and the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures through images, text, models, and objects. It also provides a detailed and authentic look at the achievements of recent urban development through the comprehensive development of the Haihe River.
The two-story exhibition hall is divided into nine themed areas: Ancient Street with New Charm, Financial Street, Italian Style Area, Austrian Style Area, and Five Avenues. The Italian and Austrian style areas almost occupy the entire second floor of the exhibition hall.
Through rich and detailed historical materials, the past "concession" style and today's construction and development achievements seem to transcend time and space, interweaving and blending. Through comparison and reflection, visitors can more clearly grasp the vicissitudes and style of the entire city.
