The dense forests are home to hundreds of wild animals, including roe deer, wolves, badgers, foxes, raccoon dogs, squirrels, pheasants, and hares. Chinese herbal medicines are also abundant here, including wild ginseng, platycodon, bupleurum, siler, polygala, scutellaria, angelica, and salvia miltiorrhiza, to name a few. Over 100 varieties can be found throughout the mountains and fields, making it a natural treasure trove of Chinese herbal medicines. The scenic area offers six circular routes, traversing through unique rocks, ancient trees, secluded forests, mountain springs, and waterfalls.
