Ningbo's most beautiful windmill highway is located in Baiyan Mountain, Hengxi, Yinzhou. The highway is about 47 kilometers long. The Xiangshan Port Bridge and connecting project starts from Yunlong Town, Yinzhou, Ningbo in the north and ends at Daigang, Qiangtou Town.

The entire road is winding, shrouded in clouds and mist, and covered with clusters of flowers. The 32 giant silver-white windmills standing on the ridge are swaying in the wind, and there are large tea plantations on both sides of the road.

The Windmill Road is at its most beautiful in all seasons, but in May and June, when the flowers bloom, large areas of cosmos on both sides of the road will bloom; in June, azaleas will bloom.
