It is the central attraction among the eight scenic spots in Lushun, with an altitude of 130 meters.

This place was originally called Xiguan Mountain. It is said that when Li Hongzhang inspected the Lushun Shipyard in 1881, he climbed up the mountain with great interest to overlook the panoramic view of Lushun. When he heard from his entourage that the mountain opposite was called Huangjin Mountain, he casually said: "Since there is gold, there must be white jade" - hence the name.
