Formerly known as Donghai Park, it is located in the easternmost part of Dalian Coastal Scenic Area, covering an area of ​​more than 450 hectares and 10 kilometers from the city center.

It faces the sea on both sides, borders Zhongshan District of Dalian City to the north, and the Bangchuidao Scenic Area to the southwest.

There are two highlights along the 7.6-kilometer route:
