Huanhai Park is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, specifically in the center of Dachangshan Island Town, Changhai County.

It is built along the Sikuaishi Bay, backed by mountains and surrounded by the sea, in an arc-shaped belt. More than 20 kinds of trees are planted, including ginkgo, yew, albizzia, hibiscus, boxwood, weeping willow, cypress, and dragon cypress.

As well as more than 40 kinds of flowers including canna, sea rose, rose, daffodil, crabapple, etc.

There are pavilions, marine animal sculptures, squares, and fitness facilities in the park. Among them, the Music Fountain Square is the largest square in the county town. At night, rose lights shine brightly and it is crowded with tourists.
