Changchun World Sculpture Park is located in the south of Changchun City, Jilin Province. It is the world's largest sculpture park built in the city center. It displays nearly 500 sculptures, which can be said to be a collection of the world's fine sculpture art.
The park has a beautiful environment and sculptures can be seen everywhere. You can enjoy the breath of nature while wandering in the ocean of art.
The park consists of outdoor exhibition areas and indoor exhibition halls. Entering from the main entrance, you will first arrive at Rodin Square, where three masterpieces created by the world sculptor Rodin, "The Thinker", "The Age of Bronze" and "Balzac", are displayed.
Among them, "The Thinker" is a replica of the original mold in the Rodin Museum in France. There are only dozens of works cast from the original mold in the world. The one in Changchun is the only original work in China and is quite precious.
In addition, the park also has attractions such as Friendship Fountain Square, Michelangelo Square, Peace Square, and Spring Square, all of which are home to many large sculptures.
In the center of the Spring Square, located at the highest point of the park, stands a 29-meter-high large sculpture group "Friendship, Peace, and Spring", symbolizing the strong desire of people from all over the world to cherish friendship, love peace and yearn for spring, which is also the theme of this park.
