Approximately 70 kilometers from Hami City, the area is named after this white boulder resembling a crouching cow. Spanning 100 square kilometers, the area comprises five tourist areas: Hanqigou, Songshutang, Mingsha Mountain, White Stone, and Tianshan Temple. Located at the northern foot of the Karlik Snow Mountain, the main peak of the Tianshan Mountains, the area attracts numerous tourists.
