
Baiyun Mountain, located in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is one of the famous mountains in southern Guangdong, known as the most beautiful in Guangzhou and the most beautiful mountain in southern Vietnam. Composed of over 30 peaks, Baiyun Mountain offers panoramic views of the entire city and the Pearl River, making it a popular destination for spring outings. During clear skies after rain or in late spring, the mountain is enveloped in white clouds, hence the name Baiyun Mountain. Baiyun Mountain is divided into seven scenic areas: Mingzhu Tower, Moxingling, Mingchun Valley, Santailing, Luhu, Fei'eling, and Heyiling. The scenic area also offers activities such as grass skiing, sliding, and mini-bungee jumping.
Baiyun Mountain is the first national AAAAA-level tourist attraction in Guangzhou's scenic area industry, and it is also the only scenic spot in Guangzhou that has both the honors of National Civilized Scenic Tourist Area and National AAAAA-level Tourist Attraction.

Baiyun Mountain is divided into seven tourist areas: Mingzhu Tower, Moxing Ridge, Mingchun Valley, Santailing, Luhu Lake, Fei'e Ridge, and Heyi Ridge. Within the scenic area, you can also enjoy activities such as grass skiing, sliding, and mini-bungee jumping.
Ordinary ticket: 5 RMB
Half-price ticket: Full-time university students with a bachelor's degree or below, minors aged 6 to 18, and adults aged 60 to 64 with valid ID can enjoy half-price ticket.
Free of charge: Children under 6 years old or under 1.2 meters in height, people over 65 years old, active military personnel, retired military cadres, and people with disabilities are free of charge with valid ID.

Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain, historically called "White Cloud Mountain," is a famous scenic spot and cultural landmark of Guangzhou. It has inspired poets and artists for centuries and is known for its natural beauty and historical sites.
Located in northern Guangzhou, Baiyun District. Accessible via Metro Line 2 to Baiyun Park Station, buses to the mountain entrances, or by taxi/rideshare. Walking trails are available inside the park for exploration.
Open daily from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Early morning or late afternoon visits are best to avoid crowds and enjoy cooler temperatures.
The entrance fee is approximately 5–10 RMB for the park. Cable car rides or special scenic areas may have separate charges. Tickets can be bought at entrance counters or online.
For regular visits, advance booking is not necessary. For weekends, holidays, or cable car rides, booking 1–2 days ahead is recommended.
2–4 hours to explore the main trails, scenic spots, and summit areas. A full-day visit is recommended if including cable car rides and leisure stops.
Guided tours are available in Mandarin. English-language guides may be arranged via private tour operators. Audio guides are not commonly available.
Start at the main entrance, explore lower scenic areas, hike or take the cable car to the summit, visit temples and historical sites on the way down, and finish with a walk around scenic lakes.
Night visits are generally not allowed. Special tours may be arranged during festivals, but regular light shows are uncommon.
Weekdays and early mornings are least crowded. Weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons can be busy.
Facilities include public restrooms, snack stalls, cafes, rest areas, and souvenir shops near entrances and summit areas.
Moderate accessibility: cable cars assist elderly and children, but some steep trails may be challenging. Wheelchair access is limited in certain areas.
Cards and mobile payments (WeChat Pay, Alipay) are widely accepted. Cash may be needed for small vendors.
Nearby restaurants offer Cantonese cuisine, local snacks, and small cafes along the base and park entrance areas.

Taxi, rideshare, or metro connections are convenient to reach other Guangzhou attractions or the city center. Buses are also available to nearby districts.
