
Sanmen County is a county under the jurisdiction of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the northern coastal area of Taizhou City, backed by Tiantai Mountain to the west, bordering Sanmen Bay to the east, Ninghai County of Ningbo City to the north, and Linhai City to the south. It is located in the middle section of China's "Golden Coastline", connected to Ningbo in the north and Wenzhou in the south. It is the southern wing of the Shanghai Economic Zone.
As a coastal county, Sanmen County boasts unique natural resources and abundant aquatic resources. It is the leading county in Zhejiang Province for marine aquaculture and is known as the "Hometown of Chinese Blue Crabs," as well as the "Hometown of Zhejiang Prawns, Oysters, and Razor Clams." With 122 islands and islands, it is known as the "Fairyland of the Sea."
Tourist attractions in the area include Shepan Island Tourist Area, Tingpang Uprising Memorial Hall, Duobao Lecture Temple, the only Tibetan Tantric Zen temple in Jiangnan, and Qiushui Grand Canyon.

Hidden Dragon Mountain
Located in Tianao Village, Jiantiao Town, Sanmen County, Zhejiang Province, it covers an area of approximately 2 square kilometers. The mountain's scenic features, from west to north, include the Toad Leaping Terrace, Fairy Rock, Sky Boat, Buddha's Hand Peak, Tianmo Rock, Heaven-Connecting Rock, Bronze Hammer Rock, Champion Flower, Phoenix Crown Peak, and Sky-Piercing Knife. It is one of Zhejiang's most famous scenic spots.
