
Guangwushan Scenic Area is located in Guangwushan Town, Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. It is located on the southern foot of Migang Mountain at the junction of Sichuan and Shaanxi. The scenic area covers an area of more than 830 square kilometers. The main peak is 2,507 meters above sea level. It is named after the clouds and mist that shroud it all year round.
Guangwu Mountain is characterized by its unique karst peaks, pristine vegetation, and captivating waterfalls, pools, and canyon scenery. The scenic area, comprising Guangwu Mountain, Longjia Mountain, Yanziyan, Taoyuan, Daba Forest Park, Jiaojia River, and Hanxi River, combines stunning peaks and rocks, steep cliffs and secluded valleys, streams, waterfalls, and idyllic mountain forests. It boasts the five unique features of "strange mountains, peculiar rocks, secluded valleys, picturesque waters, and precipitous peaks."
As the "No. 1 Mountain for Red Leaves in China", the red leaves all over Guangwu Mountain are very charming in autumn.

Stone Forest and Peaks Taoyuan Scenic Area
The Taoyuan Scenic Area within the park is mainly composed of beautiful karst peaks, picturesque canyon cliffs, graceful and charming valleys with waterfalls and blue pools, and primitive stone forests. There are many strange peaks, stretching and winding, with mist and haze lingering, and it is pure and beautiful, as gorgeous as the Yaochi Lake, and more beautiful than a fairyland.
Dam Scenic Area
The dam scenic area is dominated by its gentle V-shaped canyon landscape and seasonal biodiversity. The canyon stretches long and winding, and the forest is ablaze with fiery red leaves. The over 50,000 mu (approximately 1,000 acres) of primeval forest, dominated by the Bashan Fagus sylvatica, is particularly rare, earning it the title "a significant biological gene bank for the mountainous region on the northern edge of the Sichuan Basin."

Guangwu Mountain is located near Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. Visitors can reach it via taxi or private car from Bazhong city center, or take local buses to the mountain entrance followed by a short walk to main attractions.
The mountain area is generally open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The best times to visit are spring and autumn for pleasant weather and scenic views.
