Chongqing People's Park is located in the prosperous area of Yuzhong District, about 200 meters away from Jiefangbei. It covers an area of 1.2 hectares and is one of the main passages connecting the upper and lower parts of the city.
The park is shaded by green trees, with birds singing and flowers blooming; the mountain roads and stone steps are winding and crisscrossing; the flower beds, green belts, pavilions, corridors, rockery and monuments are arranged in a coordinated manner, which is very interesting. It is a rare "oasis" in the downtown area, and has become the best place for people to relax, exercise, drink tea and play chess.
