
Xing'an Forest Park, located in Yichun City, was established in 1981 and is a relatively well-established primeval forest park in the region. From a distance, the "Ten Deer Running to Spring" sculpture shimmers silver in the sunlight, creating a spectacular sight. The park comprises a botanical garden, a cable suspension bridge, the mountaintop Xing'an Pavilion, a thousand-step stone staircase, and a wildlife breeding area, serving a variety of purposes, including tourism, scientific research, education, and fitness.
The Nanshan Scenic Area covers 3,500 hectares. Beishan Park, primarily focused on children's entertainment and public fitness, offers a breathtaking view from the Huancui Tower, where the botanical gardens offer rolling green waves, amidst a vibrant display of flowers, their fragrance wafting through the forest. The urban landscape area includes a water park, the Lindu Woodcarving Garden, and the Lesser Khingan Mountains Stone Garden. Xing'an Tower is the landmark building of the forest park. It is located in the Nanshan Scenic Area. It is an octagonal antique building with a white body. The tower is 67 meters high and has 11 floors. You can get a bird's eye view of the entire city from the top of the tower.

The entrance fee is free, the Xing'an Tower on the top of the mountain (stairs) is 10 yuan, the observation tower (elevator) is 30 yuan, and the car entry fee is 5 yuan/7 seats or less. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to enter the park (not during the day and unattended at night).
The park and the observation tower are open all day; the caretaker of the Xing'an Tower goes off duty at 16:30, but there are still staff living there, so just ring the doorbell and someone will open the door.
