The Ninghai National Hiking and Fitness Trail, also known as the " Ninghai Trail ," is located in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It consists of a main trail, two secondary trails, and several branch trails. The entire trail spans over 500 kilometers, including 100 kilometers of hiking trails and 50 kilometers of mountain bike trails. The design prioritizes preserving the original landscape, while various trail types are planned and designed to suit the diverse landscapes and vegetation along the route.
As the first mountaineering and fitness trail that meets national standards, it organically combines traditional outdoor sports with tourism and national fitness. The trail is surrounded by rich landscape resources, with mountains and beautiful scenery, including mountainous areas, semi-mountainous areas and shallow sea mudflats. The construction of the trail maintains the original state of the natural mountain paths. There are fallen leaves along the way, and occasionally there are local wild fruits that can be picked and tasted. The air is fresh.
People can not only appreciate the natural scenery, feel the historical and cultural atmosphere, and enjoy a feast of scenery on the trails, but they can also engage in activities such as mountain climbing, hiking, camping, outdoor adventures, and experience rural life, fully immersing themselves in nature and relaxing their body and mind.
