Chudian, also known as Chudian Ancient Temple, is located at Luotuo Ridge at the foot of Jiulinggang in Mount Emei, Sichuan Province, with an altitude of about 1,740 meters. It is said that it was the place where Pu Gong of the Eastern Han Dynasty gave up his house to build a temple.
There is a wonderful natural landscape in the Chudian area: white clouds rise from here every day, fly to Luotuo Ridge and then slowly float down, hence the name "Cloud Nest".
In winter, the surroundings are covered with snow, except for Yunwo, which is lush green. Rabbits, squirrels, birds, etc. come here to find food. This strange sight is called "No Snow in Yunwo".
The subtropical monsoon climate makes travel suitable all year round.
