Luocheng Town, located in the core urban area of Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, is the political, economic, and cultural center of Guanghan and the seat of the municipal Party Committee and government. In the sixth year of Emperor Gaodi of the Western Han Dynasty (201 BC), it became the seat of Luo County and was named Luocheng.
Luocheng boasts a simple and welcoming people. Within its jurisdiction, visitors can enjoy cultural relics such as Fanghu Park's Lingxing Gate, the Zhang Xianzhong Edict Monument, the Dacheng Hall of the Confucian Temple, and the Qin Zihao Memorial Hall, as well as natural attractions such as Jinyan Lake Park. The Baobao Festival, a traditional folk custom with over 300 years of tradition, is known as "a unique Chinese tradition" and is listed on the provincial intangible cultural heritage list.
