A seal with the words " Fuzhou Celebrity Sculpture Park " carved in different scripts on the ground serves as the park's logo. The white marble gatehouse, imitating the Ming Dynasty style, is the scenic landmark.

The sculptures in the garden are divided into several parts according to the identities of the characters, including the Prime Minister Garden, the Number One Scholar Garden, the Heroes Garden, etc. Among them are Wang Anshi, the " Reformer of 11th Century China " , Tang Xianzu , the " Shakespeare of the East " , Lu Jiuyuan, the master of Neo-Confucianism, Zeng Gong, the master of ancient Chinese literature, and so on.
