Chengcheng County Museum, located on Guzheng Street in Chengcheng County, Weinan City, is the largest county-level museum in Shaanxi Province. Its exterior blends modern and ancient styles, resembling an ancient tripod. Its rich collection of historical relics showcases not only the rich history and culture of Chengcheng but also the development of ancient Chinese civilization.
The museum currently houses 4,200 artifacts , the most distinctive of which are stone horse hitching posts and Yaotou ceramics. The horse hitching stone exhibition area features 730 horse hitching stones arranged in the shape of the Eight Diagrams. Other exhibits include a brick-carved ancient gatehouse, a large iron bell from the Jin Dynasty, and a stone Buddha statue from the Yuan Dynasty, all of which are worth seeing.
Inside the exhibition hall, the first floor has three exhibition halls: ancient civilization, ceramic art, and sculpture art; the second floor has the folk craft exhibition hall and the contemporary development and planning hall.
