Wenfeng Garden is located on the west bank of Longtan in the south of the city, surrounded by Jianjiang River on three sides. It is designed and arranged with the theme of Wenfeng Tower, a stone pagoda from the Qing Dynasty. It is an open leisure park and a place for leisure, entertainment and fitness for Duyun citizens.
Wenfeng Garden adopts traditional Chinese gardening techniques, with Wenfeng Pagoda as its main feature. It is divided into several scenic areas, each of which is both independent and harmoniously integrated. It has two entrances, one on the west and the other on the north, and is an open park.
The garden features a simple and elegant Longevity Pavilion, a Peaceful Gate with strong ethnic characteristics, an open-air singing and dancing square with columns in the style of ancient Rome, a pigeon garden, a flat square paved with bricks and stones surrounding the tower, and a green corridor connected to the Baizi Bridge built in the 51st year of Emperor Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty ( 1786 ). The garden is covered with green grass, colorful flowers, and elegant trees. The green area is 40,000 square meters, and the greening rate is 85% .
