Made a reservation. Received confirmation with a number. Confirmed day before. Got to the airport and called the phone number as instructed. Entered confirmation #. Was told the number did not exist. Tried again, same message. Called the emergency number. Was told they did not have a car for me. Not notification whatsoever until I called from the airport. No solution to the problem they solely created. Not even and apology!
I have rented cars all over the world from majors and local family businesses. Worst experience I have had anywhere.
