It's official ... this is no long a partnership/benefit. That was a major perk for Vegas travellers, thankfully mine renewed for another year.
The BA discount benefit has also lapsed, so this card is looking like less good value for UK travellers. Oh well, it was nice whilst it lasted.
It looks like the recent announcement confirms that FoundersCard no longer provides the Caesars Diamond status benefit. For many frequent Vegas travelers, this was a highly valued perk since Caesars Diamond status comes with complimentary hotel upgrades, priority lines, and other exclusive benefits within the Caesars network. Losing this perk reduces the overall appeal of the card for those who primarily used it for Las Vegas or other Caesars properties.
Additionally, the British Airways (BA) discount benefit has lapsed, which further impacts the card’s value for UK-based travelers. These changes mean that some of the main travel-related incentives that made FoundersCard attractive are no longer available.
For travelers whose membership is still active, like yourself, you’ll continue to enjoy any previously extended benefits until your renewal period ends, which provides a short-term reprieve. For new or renewing members, the card’s value proposition may now rely more on the other business and lifestyle perks that FoundersCard offers, rather than exclusive hotel and airline benefits.
In summary, while FoundersCard remains active and offers various networking and business-related perks, the loss of the Caesars Diamond and BA discount reduces its value specifically for UK travelers focused on Las Vegas or British Airways flights. Long-term members may still benefit until renewal, but new applicants should carefully evaluate whether the remaining perks align with their travel and business goals.
