Mansions in northern Atlanta, Buckhead

Greetings, Travelers!

I'm told there are a lot high-end homes and mansions in the area around the Atlanta History Museum and the Governor's Mansion.

Can you suggest some areas we might cruise with our car that will make us feel like small change?

We're looking for some other things to do in early April around Buckhead after the History Museum closes at 4 pm.

It looks to me that the shopping centers are not especially interesting and there are so many security guards around, it kind of dampens the enthusiasm--yes?
