Hawaii itinerary for Kauai and Maui island

Hi All,

I will be staying for 4 night in Kauai and then move to Maui for 4 night. from 15th March onwards. In Kauai, Can I split my stay in 2 location or 1 location is good for 4 days? In Maui I will be staying at one location for 4 days, Also if you can help me with some of the best scenic landscape places I can visit during my stay?
