Good place to purchase a lei near airport

My sister's and I are planning a long overdue trip to Kauai. I have been to Hawaii many times, but my sister's only a couple of trips. My flight arrives about 1 1/2 earlier than theirs, so I will be getting the rental car to pick them up. I was thinking that it would be fun to greet them with a Lei when they arrive at the car. I should have about 30 - 45 minutes to go purchase the leis. I know I could probably buy them at the airport, but was thinking they may be less expensive off site. Any suggestions would be great!
