Just booked a Fab executive 1 king room at the Flamingo. Ik it's 400 Sq. Ft Does anyone know what the room is like? Has it been renovated recently?? Thanks
The Flamingo’s Fab Executive 1 King Room is a solid choice, especially for a mid-range hotel on the Strip. The room itself is spacious at 400 sq. ft., offering a nice balance of comfort and functionality. It features a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a good amount of space for relaxing or working. The room typically includes a desk, a comfortable chair, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is generally standard, with a tub and shower combination, though some rooms may have updated fixtures depending on the recent renovations.
As for renovations, the Flamingo has undergone a variety of updates over the years, but it’s worth noting that the level of renovation can vary by room type and location within the property. The Fab Executive rooms, in particular, were renovated in the past few years, with contemporary decor, fresh carpets, and updated furniture. However, the overall style is still a bit more traditional compared to other newer resorts on the Strip. Expect modern amenities like USB charging ports, updated lighting, and new linens, but the room may not have the ultra-modern feel found in properties like the Cosmopolitan or the Aria.
That said, it is one of the more affordable options on the Strip for the space and location, and many guests find it comfortable and well-situated for easy access to the Strip’s attractions. The Flamingo’s central location gives you quick access to places like the LINQ, the High Roller, and Caesar's Palace, which can make up for any minor imperfections in the room’s aesthetic. If you’re looking for a simple, clean room with convenient access to everything, the Fab Executive King should be a great option.
