Non-tourist trap restaurants - staying at Inner Harbor

Need recommendations for good restaurants in safe areas that are not tourist traps..(i.e. Hard Rock Cafe, Cheesecake Factory, ugh!) Don’t have a car but can uber or taxi. Have heard that Fells Point is a nice area…any other suggestions?
