LV airport Southwest Terminal 1 to Hertz Rental

Please no hurtful comments, lol. We are an older couple and this will be our 1st flight in over 20 years. Flying into Vegas, picking up rental car to drive to Page, AZ.

1st question, once we figure out where to pickup our baggage, will it be ABC clear how to get to the car rental? Hubby isn't able to do excessive walking due to mobility issues.

2nd question, when we return the rental, our flight out of Vegas isn't until 4am the next morning. We will need to be transported to MGM for overnight stay, would you suggest Taxi? And does Taxi pick you back up that early the next morning to catch your flight?

So sorry for all of the questions, although I'm almost ready to cancel this entire trip because of my anxiety of these questions. Once we leave the airport driving, we will be okay.
