hotels near Enterprise Center
I searched but didn't find anything recent so posting --
Looking for hotels closest to Enterprise Center &/or that might have transport there.
Will be visiting in January, which I know can get icy & cold depending on the weather patterns.
Will be leaving arena late night some days so safety also important.
Thanks!
For your stay in St. Louis and proximity to the Enterprise Center, there are several hotels within walking distance or offering convenient transport options. Since you’ll be visiting in January, when it can get cold and icy, it's essential to choose a place with easy access to the arena, as well as safety and comfort in mind. Here are a few recommendations:
Hotels Within Walking Distance of the Enterprise Center:
- The Westin St. Louis: Located just a few blocks from the Enterprise Center, this upscale hotel offers modern rooms, a fitness center, and a restaurant. It’s a great option if you want a short walk to the arena, and it’s in a lively part of downtown St. Louis, offering added safety and convenience for late-night walks.
- Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis at the Arch: This hotel is another great option, located about a 10-minute walk from the Enterprise Center. Drury Inns are known for their friendly service and amenities like free breakfast and evening snacks. It’s also in a safe area for walking back late at night.
- Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection: A stylish boutique hotel located about 5–10 minutes on foot from the Enterprise Center. It offers a refined atmosphere with upscale amenities and is also located in a safe, central part of downtown.
- Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown West: Located within walking distance to the arena, this hotel offers modern rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, and a business center. It’s perfect for a short walk or quick drive to the Enterprise Center.
Hotels With Shuttle Services or Transport to the Enterprise Center:
- The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch: This hotel is about a mile from the Enterprise Center and offers a shuttle service to popular destinations in the downtown area. The hotel is well-regarded for its safety and central location, making it a good choice for transport convenience, especially during winter months.
- St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton: While a bit farther from the arena (roughly a 15-minute walk), this hotel is connected to the historic Union Station, and it offers shuttle services that can take you to the Enterprise Center, making it convenient for guests who prefer not to walk.
Safety Considerations: Since you'll be out late at night, it’s wise to choose a hotel in a well-lit, busy area of downtown St. Louis. The above hotels are in central locations with plenty of foot traffic and easy access to transportation. If you're concerned about walking back late at night in winter, using a rideshare service (Uber or Lyft) from the arena can be a safer option, especially if the weather conditions are less than ideal.
Make sure to check the weather forecast and road conditions in January, as icy conditions can make walking more challenging, and some transportation services may be affected by severe weather. Overall, these hotels offer the best combination of convenience, safety, and amenities for your trip.
