Park ticket advice

Going to Orlando for 8 nights. Only planning to go to the universal parks and sea world this time. Giving Disney a miss but we have 1 or 2 free days. If we decided on a whim to do a Disney day what would be the most efficient way to obtain tickets in a short time frame. I’m assuming attraction tickets or undercover tourist for e-tickets would be rather fast or am I wrong.
